Orly Locquiao is one of Northern California's premier tattoo artists who specializes in the style of his ancestors from Tahiti and the Polynesia area. Apart from owning and running one of the most successful tattoo shops in the state, Humble Beginnings, he is also the founder and owner of Cukui, a Polynesian-themed streetwear line and boutique. He brought this style to his shoes, using a tiki motif. This was not random as tikis protect the ground they stand on. What better place to put a tiki than on shoes you walk around in?
